Please do not use shell broadband under any circumstances. They sold broadband to me with free installation, then tried to bill me for it. I contacted them and they have said it will be removed from my bill but they are still charging me. I rang customer services today who have said they have to get a manager to look into it as there is no record of my previous conversation (hard to believe as they told me all phone calls are recorded). They are also billing me from the beginning of the installation but the broadband has never worked, they have sent three engineers and they still can't fix it, yet they are still billing me for this time. Avoid at all costs.
