Wish l had read the reviews for Shell broad band their customer service dept know less than l do about internet issues l cant wait to leave them l am too bored with the issues lve had with my internet over almost three weeks but safe to say l would advise that they offer a rubbish service. l find it interesting that they don't comment on the poor reviews speaks volumes
