Activated two cards on one account - been scanning for months purchasing hundreds of pounds worth of fuel in our numerous vehicles unaware that the cards were deleted - I only phoned Shell Go+ to ask why the App no longer accepted my password ! Very polite call handler explained my cards were "deleted from their system" - explained, if unused over 2 year period this would happen, but I've not had the account a year yet and used it regularly --- TOTAL SCAM - I shall make a point of avoiding Shell Petrol stations !
