Like some others collected Shell Go so called rewards, after 2 lots of 10 visits (spending at least £700 + on fuel I got £1.80 then £1.60 off, and a “free” packet of crisps seriously got to be the worst “reward” scheme ever. I emailed Head Office (politely) to say so and got a very condescending reply. As a result I have deleted the app and will just use supermarket fuel in future, I’ll never buy Shell again. I’m fully aware they do not give a toss that they will lose my £1200 per year but I’m making a stand….
