Shell Broadband suddenly stopped with an error light on the routerRang shell and was given a list of things to try with the router and the telephone master socket. It soon became obvious that the router was at fault but She'll refused to send a replacement. They sent an Openreach engineer who confirmed the router was defective Two days later Shell claimed that the engineer had fixed the line and everything was now working When told that there had been no problem with the line and that the router was the problem they again insisted on sending another Openreach engineer This engineering only rang shell but included in his report that the router was defectiveAgain , Shell claimed everything was now working. After 20 days without the internet, television , emails etc a new router finally arrived and the problem was resolved. After an argument on the phone with an Indian gentleman they have offered a derisory £9 compensation.Avoid at all costs, you have been warned. It is no wonder that they are trying to sell this business but who would buy it with the reputation they have generated
