A nightmare

Absolutely disappointed, frustrated with Shell Broadband. have been their customer for nearly 2 years mostly because i was obliged by their arbitrary long term contract rules. It's been an absolute nightmare all throughout the contract periods. Here's where Shell has failed me over and over :1. Never deliver when they say they will (router on numerous occasions every single time i needed one) 2. Arbitrary policies on contract which they failed to mention from the beginning.3. One has to be at home when they send a router so never mind if you have to work or else, you have to be there, and waste a number of days until the router finally arrives at a different date they initially said. This happened every single time, 3 times!4. High cost of contract cancelling the service even when i'm absolutely unsatisfied.5. Most importantly, i was paying for an internet service that never worked properly. I'd constantly get disconnected, wasted hours, days, weeks not being able to use internet with consistent failure connections that would last anywhere between intermittent minutes to a full week. 6. I didn't get reimbursed. Customer service is not bad, some people are nice and it's not their fault, but they never sorted out the issue which i pointed out over dozens of emails, calls, chats. Making me be very glad to finally change provider. I've tested 3 that never fail.
