My elderly parents have been without email for 2 weeks and have spent hours trying to reset their passwords to allow them access. Yesterday my mother spent all day trying to resolve the issues including a lengthy call to their call center which did not resolve the issue. Today I called Shell and it appears that they have been having issues with email accounts for the last 2 weeks and have not been able to resolve it. Nowhere on their website did they say this and neither did the agent yesterday inform my parents of this. I have to drive a 100 mile round trip today to get to the bottom of this. They should stick to selling petrol.
