I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Shell Broadband. The staff has proven to be unhelpful, and the management appears inefficient. Originally scheduled to go live on 9 Nov, the dates were repeatedly delayed to 17 Nov, then 27 Nov, and I still do not have wifi!! AND, they continue to charge me despite assuring me I would not be billed! Despite numerous requests for updates, there has been a lack of communication. Even simple instructions, like preferring email over calls, have been ignored. Despite asking them to call my husband instead of calling me, they persist in calling me! My patience has worn thin, and I strongly advise considering alternatives to Shell. Their service has been nothing short of rubbish!
