I bought an internet package with Shell. Did it through USwitch, they refused to contact my old broadband provider and in the end I cancelled and did not even take the box out of the package. They told me I did not have to pay any money and I thought that was the end of it. They are now sending debt collectors after me for a random £40 which I was told I did not have to pay!?
