Disgusting Postoffice broadband sold to shell was told by shell sold to octopus was told February 2024 sold to Talk Talk but when phone up because of the disgusting no internet was told it is still Shell. When these companies decide who are the provider of this disgusting broadband I have NO internet last month it stopped at 1.30am in the morning ONCE again Today at 1.30 am No internet oh yes prices goes up but no internet!!!!!! Once again I have to find out what is happening. Keep away from Shell or whoever suppose to be my provider they don’t know themselves!!!!!!!!Update Internet went back on Hope it stay that way. But it happened twice in one month!!!Customer service did get back to me but it was frustrating when this happens frequently
