(I'm not sure if this is the broadband service - please make clearer)I transferred to them and ended up without phone or broadband for a month. They were impossible to get hold of, taking ages to answer the phone and not having an email address.I see they are now advertising as having highly rated customer service, which I am reporting to the Advertising Standards Authority
