Charged twice in store refused to refund me despite me doing what they told me to do. Was told to come back if it shows as complete transaction on my bank statement and they would issue a refund..when I did this they refused again..Amy team manager rude and rob langford area manager didn’t call me when he said he would..had to get my bank to sort issue out for me..really poor service really disappointed as was excited at the store opening as I live local
