This is my first review on here and I'm so glad to post a positive experience, well many of them to be honest!Ahmed at the Harborne Shell garage who works on nightshift has been absolutely amazing for me in delivering a superb customer service at the Harborne station and convenience operation.I work long hours in retail myself and pull into the garage to get 1 bottle of Stella around the same time most evenings - Until Ahmed was there I used to have to park up, explain what I wanted, wait for them to unlock the fridge and bring to the checkout etc.From the 2nd purchase he recognised that I was a regular customer with a repeat requirement and has really gone above and beyond to exceed my expectations - As soon as he see's my car pull in - My beer is at the night checkout and he welcomes me with a knowing smile - I hope Shell recognises the value he brings to their business - Ahmed, You will go far in you career with your amazing professional attitude and genuine customer care . Really well done !
