I’m quite disappointed with my experience at this salon. First and foremost, cleanliness is not taken seriously. Wiping down surfaces with baby wipes simply doesn’t suffice. Additionally, if you’re not a Russian or Ukrainian speaker or an influencer, expect to be treated as a second-class customer.The salon is extremely small, and during my first visit, I stood at the reception for about 5-8 minutes before anyone bothered to acknowledge me. There were two other staff members nearby who didn’t even extend the courtesy of letting me know someone would be with me shortly. This lack of basic salon etiquette was frustrating.As for the services, while the prep work for my manicure was impressive, the manicure itself was a disaster. The gel started peeling after just two days. When I returned to have it fixed, they suggested I come back another day. When I insisted on getting it fixed immediately, they reluctantly obliged. Unfortunately, within a week, the gel was peeling again.I won’t be returning and will go back to my trusted Townhouse salon instead. If you’re looking for rude service and poorly done manicures, this is the place for you.
