The New structure of reward is a downgrade. It’s made not a lot harder to earn reward.In its new form I would need to buy 600 litres of standard fuel to earn 600 points that would exchange for a £3 voucher off fuel. With current fuel costs that’s approximately £900. That’s a massive 0.3% saving. Not really a reward to me. Until they review this I see little benefit to buying my fuel from shell unless it’s convenient.
