I will never be buying fuel from them again. I went to a shell garage on bluebell hill Maidstone and put fuel in. When I went to pay they charged me for my fuel and another £12.75. I said I wouldn’t be paying as that was not my fuel. I then had a call the next day by a manager who spoke down to me and told me I had done a drive off. No I hadn’t I had paid but not for the other amount as that was not my fuel. A guy called Rick. He put the phone down when I asked for the number for customer service. I’ve now got a letter to pay the £12.75 along with a hefty admin fee. For fuel I never put in. Do not use shell and as they will treat you badly if you are female and charge you for someone else’s fuel. I’ve tried contacting customer service and no one get back to me.
