Are Shell in trouble? it has taken 10 days, at least 6 phone calls and about 11 emails before i finally get the £22.45 they effectively stole from me when they charged me for another customer's diesel. My car is petrol. Double check both your bank account and your receipt. They gave me the correct receipt but took an additional £22.45 from my bank account on 29/9/24 - only got it back on 9/10/24 after continual chasing
