Shell garage A11 near Route 11 Attleborough. Tried to use air pressure machine, couldn't get it to work, asked staff who confirmed it was working and could take payment using card etc. Said its not working and eventually managed a member of staff to come out. He said its taking cash only, said I have no cash could we buy something and do cash back. No this is not an option. He offered no solution to enable us to use the tyre pressure machine. Customer service a complete and utter failure on this occasion.
