The Shell Go+ rewards system is a complete waste of time - unless perhaps you are a consumer of processed foods.I fill up my cars when they require it and that means a hefty £100+ for which I receive hardly any 'points'. If I visit for fuel every other day I would receive more!!The last straw came recently when I redeemed my points for a fiver off and it didn't appear.No point complaining to the staff - they can't help.Reward card now scrapped - absolute rubbish system.
