I have done over 100 jobs with Shepper. It’s fine when things go ok. But if there are any issues then it’s you that suffers not them. Any excuse for you not to be paid for the job. You can do a whole report which they fail but they still keep the report and you don’t get paid. The instructions on the report can be ambiguous and unclear so watch out. If it says example photo it may be example or it may mean this exact one. Who knows, until the reviewer does fail you. Example didn’t mean example it meant this exact one. By the way I was told you have to be available for two days for each job as the reviewer can ask you to go back the next day. I had to take photos of reduced bread in M&S, there was none and I took overview photos to show it so the reviewer says I need to go back and take photos. It’s ridiculous. I took the role very seriously, followed the instructions but if they are not clear and then you get penalised for it then it’s not right. I would avoid using Shepper unless you like to work for free.
