I ordered a small ventless cooling a/c device from them. However, it has never worked properly. It barely does anything and shuts off erratically. I have reported this to their customer service department but all they’ve done is ask me the same questions repeatedly. And then they just ignore me! I asked them for a copy of the instructions because I lost mine recently and they just completely ignored that too. It seems like they keep changing the products that they sell. I would never buy anything from them again. The date of incident is around the last time I contacted them. I was actually in contact with them since January 2025 through the end of August 2025.
