I ordered three decorative Christmas ornaments from a company, drawn in by the images of a knitted Acorn featuring either a realistic rabbit, owl, or fox, each priced over $20. I was excited to gift them to my grandkids. However, what I received were flimsy cardboard pieces with plastic coverings that wouldn't even sell for $1. After emailing my complaint, I was offered an $8 rebate or a full refund if I returned the items with a tracking number. Canada Post advised against returning them due to the high shipping costs. This seller is deceitful, promoting low-quality items as premium. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
