My husband got me a ring i though was absolutely beautiful, its heart cut and just gorgeous. After having it 6 months it tarnished so I sent it back and not long after that returning tarnished again only for them to say basically sorry for my loss. ITS my engagement ring. Supposed to be the happiest moment of my life! When I emailed them a second time they basically said I was a few months out my warranty and offered me a coupon for the next time. No offense I've seen better rings out a cracker jack box
