This company is a scam. I placed an order back in August 2025, and now it's December with no refund or products received. I've emailed several times, but all I get are vague replies saying they'll consult their support team. I'm reporting this company due to their lack of accountability because I work hard for my money. The refusal to issue a refund is especially frustrating.
