I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service from She Vitality.The product stopped working after only two uses, which is completely unacceptable. When I contacted customer service, I was told they couldn’t replace it because more than 30 days had passed — even though I explained that I hadn’t started using it until months later. The product was clearly faulty, not worn out or misused.A company that truly stands behind its products would show some flexibility and fairness in cases like this. Instead, I was met with rigid policies and zero accountability for selling a defective item.Very poor experience overall. I would not recommend this brand based on their lack of support and unwillingness to resolve legitimate product issues.
