I placed an order on 3/10 and it was “in transit” in the same state that I live in for weeks. I finally reached out to the company on 3/30 and they said they would investigate the status of the order and get it shipped out to me. It is 4/17 and it still shows “in transit” in the same location and hasn’t actually been shipped. I reached out to the company again and just asked for a refund since I don’t have my order after over a month and have gotten no response.
