I bought a bundle: the device, oils and mask. Nevertheless, after 3 weeks (instead of 5 days shown when I was making the order) only the device arrived. I contacted customer service and after 4 days they explained that "mask and oils can't be shipped to your country". Seriously? You found that out only when an unsatisfied client sent you an email? Didn't you know that when you were shipping? And yet - instead of at least warning me that buying a bundle is not an option (which I suspect is not even true - masks / oils do get delivered to me from another countries), they just took my money (full price) and sent an incomplete package. I asked for refund (which is supposed to be "no questions asked") and they didn't even bother to reply. Ok, I filed a chargeback, won the case and bothered to write this review - and all because I felt cheated and disrespected. Let's hope there will be some changes made to the internal processes, info shown on the website and customer journey (even though I totally won't be coming back to see them).
