I asked for my "no questions asked money back guarantee" but they instead insisted they had sent me the "wrong product" and wanted to send me the correct product. I reluctantly agreed. The second product was exactly the same of course. When I again asked for my refund, I was told I would have to send both devices back to China at my expense.
