Don't trust Shield Home Loans. They start off with great talk and then hide critical details. The details of the loan were hidden until I was sitting with the Notary. I called Henry and he had the nerve to claim we had already discussed the changes. There was no discussion at all. He lied. All of the credit card debt was to be included but only 1/2 was included. Of course he got 100% of his pay while delivering 50% of mine. Truly disgusting ethics by this one individual. The same Henry got me with some insurance guy that wanted to roll my auto insurance with the home insurance. He tried to charge me $110 more per month on auto than I was currently paying while also trying to convince me that I was saving $1,000 annually. Go with anybody else and your chances are better. UPDATE- Senior loan officer Henry Qaiser promised repeatedly that I would be able to skip 2 payments. It turns out that was a lie also. Rocket Mortgage has tried numerous times to contact Shield with little to any response. They stated that they tried to contact me. Another lie. No email, text or phone call. Shield Home Loans can't be trusted for anything that they say.
