Your company has the worst customer service that I have every experienced. I had to call several times to get someone to answer my questions. When placing the loan, I had no trouble at all getting in touch with someone after application was being processed everyone seemed to disappear. For a moment I even thought that this may be a scam but found out its just poor customer service.
