I was contacted by Jacob with Shield and we scheduled a phone conversation for 10:00 am on Wednesday 6-18. I sent him a text explaining my situation to him, trying to give him a heads up. When the time for our phone conversation he didn’t call or respond to my texts, he ghosted me. How unprofessional and if Shield employees people like him stay away from. By his unprofessional behavior speaks volumes of the company!!!
