Travelled all the way from Lancaster, the customer service was terrible, I purchased a full price £500+ outfit with no discount at all, when I returned home they’ve left on the security tag when I’ve got a wedding tomorrow. Customer service provided NO RESOLUTION AT ALL.an avoid at all costs do not respond to emails . They’re not will to send a courier to pick it up to return the dress as it’s of no use to me now
