I have had the worst experience.I travelled an hour and a half to the store in Green Street and tried a dress on in size S. I was given a new dress from the stock room, only to find out the sizing was completely different to one I tried in store and the dress did not fit when getting it home.Since the wedding is in a week, I made an order online in a size M, and this has arrived.I called the store to explain and kindly ask if I can post the one which was sized wrong back to the store for a refund, since this was not my error, I have still purchased from them. The lady told me it was MY fault, and I can only have an exchange or credit note. I tried explaining that I have already re-ordered the same dress, due to THEIR ERORR and I just want to get a refund on the dress which I was given in the wrong size. She was incredibly rude, shouting at me saying it was my fault.I've never had an experience like it.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - if you can call it service!!
