Appalling customer service, I decided not to take to court as I just don’t have the time. I would strongly encourage customers to stay away from this business. If I could give less in terms of stars I would the service I received from the shop was absolutely appalling I purchased an item and 15 minutes later I return the item as it was faulty they refused to provide me with a refund and I was rightly really confused as to why this was the case, the manager in charge came across very arrogant and aggressive. The service was absolutely appalling and given how I was treated I think the behaviours displayed by the leadership team are are unacceptable. The branch in question was the Bradford branch based on Leeds Road. W
