I’m going to give them 4 stars because I feel bad for them. I can read above and below how angry people are but here’s my view. This is coming from Asia somewhere. I knew that no matter what time slot they gave it, it was going to take 2 months longer than they were saying. It’s the same story every time you order from that part of the world. My gratefulness comes from ordering from places where I never even got my merchandise. I feel like at-least the thing arrived. I ordered a picture light lamp thingy for my daughters father with her and him in it for Father’s Day. It’s July 7th. I got it yesterday. I ordered it 2 weeks prior to Father’s Day. It wasn’t damaged, they may have taken the initiative to change their packaging. It came in a nice gift box. I’m still charging it, so I can’t tell u yet about how good it works, but it looks exactly like it was advertised. I’m divorced so I didn’t really care that it was late. I did it more for my daughter than him. My advice, order 2 months before the event if possible. Maybe leave them a comment or email to be extra careful with your packaging.
