My story is the same as EVERYONE else. I ordered a gift for my daughter the beginning of May and I have yet to receive it. It’s now June 24th. I also have sent email after email. I receive a response but it’s the same story over and over, be patient, it’s passing customs, now I get it’s delayed because of COVID-19. The tracking number is fake because the status of my order stays the same, my order never changes. According to the tracking it has been in customs since the middle of May. Apparently it has never left customs. I have asked for my money back repeatedly and no response to that. They ignore that request. It is totally a scam. I will never order from this company again. This site needs to be shut down. My rating would also be a 0 if it was possible to give a 0. Please do not order from this site.
