I ordered 2 personalized identical jigsaw puzzles for our special 50th wedding celebration; one for us and one for another relative celebrating their 1st wedding anniversary on the same day as us. Positive notes: 1) The idea of puzzles was great. I loved it. 2) The puzzles arrived in good time. I allowed 5 months.Negative notes: 1) Poor workmanship. 2) Puzzle pieces difficult to put together. One piece did not fit at all. 3) The engraved message on the darker wood puzzle pieces not be seen, unlike what was shown in the ad.4) Because of this company's location, I could not return puzzle to China. Overall: I am "making due" with the puzzles. My husband was able to file down the one piece to make it fit. Next time though, I will shop U.S. companies. Lesson learned.
