The above rating is based on lead time and customer service only. The product itself is very good, and my daughter is really happy with how they have turned out. I would happily recommend the product, with the below caveat. The lead time was very slow. Ordered on the 19th May, and did not receive until 6th June. The website clearly states a 5-7 day lead time on designs being completed. I had one specific question on the design, which was not answered, only the image being reshared, which was not conclusive due to image resolution. A simple yes/no answer was all that was required to manage expectations, but not received.When the order was received it was, and remains, incomplete. the shin sleeves that I had paid for in addition to the pads, were not delivered. I have raised this issue however I am yet to receive a response to resolve.
