It took 100 emails back and forth to finally create a booking. Its a total mess with too many people trying to take your information and repeated questions not realizing I already provided what they needed. On top of that, past the pick up date, they are still asking for more docs and information meanwhile the tracking says that it hasn't been picked up. I believe all the support plstaff are outsourced to India even if they call you from a New York number.
