I am giving one star because of the conduct of one of their managers. When I first called, I explained my urgent situation, but she rudely interrupted, expressing indifference. I was taken aback and stopped speaking. She also criticized her colleague, claiming superiority. The only reason I continued was due to the excellent support from the logistics manager and the rest of the team.
