Customers and Transporters should abandon SHITLY ASAP. I've waited since April 2025 for help and all I've received is an abandoned warehouse street address with the wrong zip code, the name of an imprisoned felon and the cell number of an autobot. Sure you vetted this transporter as you say.It's my fault is their response. In a message from SHITLY I'm told, "I am sorry to hear of the poor service you have received from YOUR chosen transport provider. We act purely as a neutral venue through which users and transport providers can meet and enter into their own agreements.". Clearly if you use this platform it doesn't matter to SHITLY if the transporter listed on their site is real or just a scammer and thief. I retired from cyber security and in 49 years of federal service I have never seen a platform that takes zero responsibility for the service it provides. Even the social media platforms have been taken to court and reviewed by Congress for their public impact. So SHITLY just introduces you to the criminals and it's entirely up to you to find to vet them for criminal behavior.I continue to try to seek judicial reviews and congressional reviews. To say that their attitude has pissed me off is to put it mildly.If anyone knows of anything else that I can do to bring this failure of a company to task for poor performance please leave a note. The BBB has already been contacted and the FBI has been notified. I have written to Congress but I need contacts for the UK equivalent.
