THEY DO NOT MAKE THIS CLEAR TO YOU AT THE OUTSET.
I ONLY FOUND THIS OUT BECAUSE I CANCELLED A COURIER ( PROOVIA ) BECAUSE THEY LET ME DOWN.
The courier also left the person from whom the item was being collected sitting like a lemon.
They were rude, blew me off and then put the phone down on me.
I cancelled them and demanded a refund.
The refund was £75.00 less than I believed I paid to the courier,
Not the case!!!
They informed me at that point that SHIPLY CHARGE £75.00 IF YOU HIRE A COURIER VIA THEIR COMPARISON SITE.
If they advertised this up front, how many people would use them, do you think?
Enough said.
In the UK...ALL costs must be clear and upfront.
