A SCAMMER IS ALWAYS A SCAMMER!!After posting the review here, they were quick to leave a comment and asked to contact them with a case number so they can look at. I was dumb enough to do it, emailed them, and they replied like this:"The claim has been closed. Loss, damage, shortage, or non-arrival of any parcel or freight and the contents when it is obtained by trick, false pretense, or other fraudulent schemes is excluded from coverage."Lmfao, this is exactly what I have gotten from the first day, no explanations what exactly the "trick" here when I put a f**ing long essay together to prove my situation. EVERYONE BEWARE! They're active here so they can pretend like having a good customer service but will straight denying your claims just to run away from covering you. DO NOT make the same mistake as me.
