I have been using Shipsurance service to insure for my shipment for a few years, and they have reimbursed me a few times when the shipment was lost. To file for a Loss Claim, Shipsurance will need the customer to complete a very simple online affidavit from (3-4 clicks to complete) to verify the shipment was lost. Recently, I had a customer who refused to cooperate to fill out this simple form, and eBay would not help me at all and just refunded this customer with my funds. I appealed to Shipsurance for their help in reviewing this loss claim, and they came to swing for me and fully reimbursed me for this case almost immediately. Shipsurance is truly wonderful.....
