After having to send multiple requested documents by this shipping insurance overtime for my claim of a broken mineral rock they denied my claim (after doing all I was asked for over a week) stating “claim was an excluded commodity”. No other explanation nor stating why it was excluded. Turns out they do not cover ANY mineral rocks for shipping insurance. That’s my entire business so I have wasted money paying shipping insurance because they truly are not a company providing insurance if something is completely out of my hands and mishandled in the shipping process. Incredibly disappointing and I do no recommend this company. They will try to get out of paying for anything on their part.EDIT: shipsurance contacted me afterwards to accept the refund for this circumstance. I appreciate what they’ve done.
