I started using Shipsurance because of their integration with Shipstation. I have payed insurance for over 150 packages, when I had to make my first claim they requested tons of random information (Even more than FedEx) which I provided and then ended up denying the claim becacuse my packaging is not generic and has my brand logo in it. They should explain their service before accepting companies' money. Very bad work ethic and I am already looking for options to completely close my Shipstation account. I will learn from the mistake of ever making business with this kind of unprofessional and unethic companies. Lesson learnedReply: All your replies to negative reviews are justifying your sketchy and shady methods of business. When you deal with business owners you should not try to navigate your way around the obvious lack of information in your service that leads to people paying for a service that they do not rely on, SPECIALLY insurance services.Plus, having my logo in my box would be an excuse if my box was stolen but it was smashed to pieces by FedEx. How does that benefit me or my customers? I had to give a full refund to the customer because I actually value them and I would never make an excuse to avoid fulfilling my duty with them.Keep up the bad work, maybe you will eventually go out of business.
