After extensive research, I chose ShipToBox because their shipping rates were the lowest compared to other forwarding companies. My first shipment was smooth—no delays, decent customer service—so I continued using them. However, major issues emerged as I shipped more:Hidden Rules & Fees:Initially, I shipped 7 perfumes with no problem. Later, I was suddenly told there’s a “2 perfumes max per package” rule, forcing me to split shipments (and pay way more). No prior warning—this “new rule” was only revealed after I’d already ordered.Damaged Monitor & Zero Accountability:My gaming monitor arrived damaged. Customer service (via WhatsApp) replied slowly and eventually said they’d file a claim with FedEx. After weeks of back-and-forth, they told me the claim was denied and offered no compensation, refund, or return. They washed their hands of it entirely.Pros:Cheap rates (initially).First shipment was hassle-free.Cons:Unclear, changing rules (like the perfume limit) with no notice.No protection for damaged items—they blamed FedEx and left me with a loss.Slow, unhelpful support when issues arise.Conclusion: If you’re shipping low-risk items, maybe it’s worth it. But for fragile, expensive, or bulk orders, look elsewhere. The lack of transparency and refusal to take responsibility for damages is unacceptable.
