I checked their website, and conveniently, had a chat-box that I could use to speak live to an agent of theirs. 24/7 chat. I enquired and what do you know, they said they could ship perfumes. So I went ahead and opened an account. A little nervous as well. It’s normal when you’re about to sign up for a company that you haven’t really heard of. After creating my account, I went ahead and started ordering a few items to the US address provided by Shiptobox. I don’t know if it’s just me but these people were quick to log the items I ordered into my account when they arrived. Weight, dimensions, all the details. They charged $2 for high quality photos for each item (which would be okay if you had ordered an expensive item), which I did select, and the photos were in HD. Crystal clear. Their competitors charge $10 and upwards for a HD photo. After I was happy with everything, I put in my shipping request, and got a personal message by Hossam on WhatsApp letting me know that they had prepared my shipment and it was ready to be paid for. Hossam has really made the experience great for me. He messaged me from the getgo right after I created my account which was a nice touch. Shipping costs are really good. This is my first time using them, but I’ve been so happy this whole experience, and I can’t wait to receive my package!
