On the 30th of July 2025 at approximately 9:55 AM New York time, I spoke with agent 02 over live chat to enquire if Ship To Box delivers class 9 dangerous goods. I was told no, so I ended the conversation. Afterwards I questioned myself if agent 02 really knew what a class 9 dangerous good was, so, I returned to the chat to ask. As soon as it connected, I was presented with agent 07, who immediately disconnected me. This looked like they didn't want to do business with me, but I give Ship To Box the benefit of the doubt that perhaps I just had a crap agent, so I connected again and was once again presented with agent 02, who would then not answer me when I queried if he knew what a class 9 dangerous good was.A class 9 dangerous good is, for example, a can of deodorant - an aerosol.I looked up prohibited items on the websites of the couriers that Ship To Box uses, and they state they do handle class 9 dangerous goods, so, Ship To Box is just a really crap mail forwarding company. Not just because their customer service is rude, but also because the company is weak in knowledge and capability.
