I reached out to customer support, and while Georgia was friendly, the response time was a bit slow, which could affect your return policy. I asked for a replacement hoodie and a different size for the sweatpants. Georgia requested a video showing the hoodie issue, which I provided, and she agreed to help with the hoodie but didn’t accommodate the size change for the sweatpants. I’ll have to place a separate order for that. Overall, the experience wasn't as smooth as I hoped. The return process can be a hassle, as the refund service is only available in certain countries. I was left without a tracking number since the support didn’t respond. Fortunately, I managed to return the items and received a replacement hoodie. Georgia was incredibly helpful and even issued a full refund, which was a pleasant surprise. In the end, I'm satisfied and plan to order more soon.
